Sweat Like a Mother is an e-book, full of Brook Benten's personal stories and workout inspiration. Every chapter ends with a workout video. In true mother style, these workouts can be done at home with little or no equipment.

If you don't have dumbbells, do Be Strong Like a Mother with soup cans. If you don't have a Step Bench, draw a rectangle with sidewalk chalk and use that for Step Like a Mother.
