Rock & Roll

We know, it’s only Rock & Roll but you’ll like it!  This hybrid format blends Pilates Mat with Foam Rolling.  Experience traditional Pilates Mat exercises, developed by Joseph H Pilates, such as roll-ups, hundreds, roll-like-a-ball, and more.  Between and among Pilates moves, work in myofascial release for tight areas, such as quads, glutes, calves, IT bands, and hamstrings.  Conclude this total body strength, flexibility, and recovery session with a deeply relaxing full-back massage finish.

Resistance Loading Indoor Cycling Ride

"Resistance Loading" is a phrase coined by Johnny G, the inventor of Spinning, as a drill where the rider adds extra resistance on the bike, but maintains the same cadence.  Since the revolution-per-minute the pedals are spinning stays the same, but the tension builds, heart rate rises, as does cardiac output (HR x Stroke Volume= cardiac output).  This type of training strengthens the legs, buns, heart, and lungs.  It is also highly metabolic.  Push your limits and achieve a higher level of human performance by regular commitment to this type of high intensity/low impact training!
