About the event
Brook Benten will lead 1-hour of vinyasa flow yoga (expect a mix of effort and surrender). Â Stay in your yoga gear after the workout or change in to street clothes, if you so desire, for a heavy-handed pour of wine on tap or craft beer. Â Leave with a swag bag filled with fitness and wellness goodies. Â Brook will give neck massages with lavender essential oil during the yoga savasana, and TAO Massage will deliver complimentary chair massages to all guests. Â Â
After a year of quarantine, pandemic, and history-making snowstorm disaster, we all could stand a little yoga, massage, and wine!
