About the event
It's been 2-years since the last Vino & Vinyasa at Craft & Racked Wine Bar and, frankly, it's time for a comeback!
Brook Benten will lead 1-hour of vinyasa flow yoga (expect a mix of effort and surrender). Â Stay in your yoga gear after the workout or change in to street clothes, if you so desire, for a heavy-handed pour of wine on tap or craft beer. Â Leave with a swag bag filled with fitness and wellness goodies. Â
After a year of quarantine, pandemic, and history-making snowstorm disaster, we all could stand a little yoga and wine!
