About the event
This high energy workout will strengthen your entire body through series of push-ups, planks, squats, lunges, and more-- all done with body weight only. Â A mat is recommended, but not required. Â
The workout will be challenging with no structured breaks. Â As always, Brook will provide modified options, and if you need a break, take a break!
